My Versa 2 displays the following message on opening via the button. 'This App requires the "internet" permission to be granted'. Syncing does not correct this and although bluetooth is on on both my phone and Fitbit I do not receive alerts to phone calls etc.

Please try changing the current clock face to a different one by following these steps: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if you cannot see anything on the screen for this process.

Hi @Prescription when you say that this app requires Internet. Which app are you referring to? Is it the Fitbit app on the phone, or is it one of the apps loaded onto the Versa itself? If it is one of the apps on the Versa, let's say weather, you should have been ask for permission to access the Internet during the install process.
