Hi there, @CarrieCanada. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your Versa 2 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.
If the issue persists, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Hope that helps.

Really not sure why my title is that my watch won’t connect to bluetooth, it actually does. The display on my fitbit right now says this app requires the internet permission to be granted. That is referring to alexa, which is the only thing i can see on my watch. I want to hard boot it but when i press on the button for a couple of seconds its does not do anything. I am very frustrated

@CarrieCanada Thanks for the details provided in your post. I understand how frustrating this can be. I've updated the title of your post.
Please try changing the current clock face to a different one by following these steps: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if you cannot see anything on the screen for this process.
