Versa 2 shows a "This app requires the internet permission to be granted” message

I get “ This app requires internet permission to be granted” What do I do?

Please try changing the current clock face to a different one by following these steps How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if you cannot see anything on the screen for this process.

I have the the same problem and I can't change the clock face because all I can get in the message. The only think that works is using the shortcut button.
