Versa 2 shows a "This app requires the internet permission to be granted” message

Says “This app requires the internet permission to be granted”.  Versa 2.  Time works up in corner and incoming texts work.  It counts streps etc but only sends them to the app.  Cannot see on screen of versa.

Hi there, @shawn16200000. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

Please try changing the current clock face to a different one by following these steps: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if you cannot see anything on the screen for this process.
