Versa 2 shows a red cross and won’t sync

I have a Red Cross and message says 

data not cleared sync and try again ... but it won’t sync

@Alody Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend trying the following:

  1. Remove your Fitbit and any other device from the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version:
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture from the Today tab.
  6. Tap Set Up a Device.
  7. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
