Versa 2 shows a red "X" on the screen that won't disappear

I am having the same problem with the big red x not going away after trying everything the forum is telling me too. I’ve had this for 9 months with no problems then I tried to update it and it won’t go away. When it was trying to update it never made it far and I let it try for 48 hours.

Hi @Samking33, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since since it's showing a "big red X". I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, try setting up your watch from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.
