My Versa 2 randomly showed a battery with an exclamation mark and it will not charge at all now. I have tried cleaning it and charging it in different places but no luck. Help?

Hello - yes I have followed all the trouble shooting instructions I could find on this site (including the ones you link above) and my fit bit is still completely dead.
I find it very frustrating that I have had 3 fit bits now and each one has stopped working not long after the warranty finishes. For the price of these devices they should last more than just 1 year.
