My Versa 2 is losing my steps. Initially the steps are there and I look back an hour later and 6000 have disappeared. This sometimes works the other way and I will wake up in the morning and the watch has already recorded 4000 steps which isn’t correct. I haven’t had the watch long. Should I return it or is there a solution. It was working perfectly the first week.

Hi @SamH., welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is losing steps when you sync it or it shows steps when you wake up. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch for the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
