Incorrect time and won’t change to clock face that works .

Try a sync to correct the time.
Also check your time zone and location. Both found under Advanced Settings in the Fitbit app.
I'm not sure what is meant by Clock Face that works, why do you say they do not work? What is it, about the face, that doesn't work?
