Hello. My fitbit versa 2 is not responding properly.
1. It shows my heart rate above 100 continuosly. Which is quite abnormal. Because it is in betwen 70-80 all time when i checked manually.
2. It somehow counts wrong steps. Even When i was in resting phase. When i ride my bike, it count my steps continuosly.
3. It shows cal burn upto high extent in a day even in my whole day resting phase. Even my device is updated

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Dineshindia.
Thank you for the information provided.
1. For information about the different factors that can affect heart rate readings and how to improve them, please visit this article.
2. When you ride a bike on bumpy trails, your device may add some steps. For most customers, the number of extra steps added when riding a bike isn’t significant when compared to your overall stats. If your device has an Exercise app, make sure you choose the Bike exercise before starting your workout. If you use automatic tracking to detect your bike ride, make sure the Outdoor Bike exercise is set to be automatically recognized. For more information, see How do I track my activity with my Fitbit device?
Please make sure that you have set your wrist as Dominant in your Fitbit account > Settings > Devices > Wrist. The dominant wrist setting decreases the sensitivity of step counting and should reduce any over counting of steps when your body is not moving. Your dominant hand is the one you use for writing and eating.
If necessary, you can negate the extra steps by manually logging a driving activity as explained in this article.
3. Your Fitbit Versa 2 combines your basal metabolic rate (BMR)—the rate at which you burn calories at rest to maintain vital body functions (including breathing, blood circulation, and heartbeat)—and your activity data to estimate your calories burned. Since your heart rate readings have been too high, this might be affecting your calories burned too. Please make sure that your height, weight, sex, and age are correct. For instructions to manage your Fitbit profile, please visit this page.
