Versa 2 shows only "connect to the app"

Hello I hope someone can help please. I haven't used my watch in a while and it's only coming up on the screen to connect to the app. I have tried so many times but nothing. I have also deleted my app and started again and still not syncing or finding the watch. The watch says its full charged. Please help

Do you have the Fit it phone app? 

If so, does it list your tracker? 

If tracker not listed, have you tried adding the device through the app?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@Lois85Have you tried installing the watch in the Fitbit App.

Click on "+ Set up a Device"
