Versa 2 shows "reset failed clear your data"

My versa 2 watch charges when it wants to. Today it will accept to charge and then it won't charge again for like 4 days or even weeks. I am really tired and frustrated as I love fitbit watches. Its my 2nd fitbit versa 2 watch. In addition to the charging issue, this came up on the watch "reset failed clear your data on fitbit versa 2". I have tried restarting but to no avail, I tried connecting it to my laptop as seen on youtube and still nothing has been of help.I am saving to get apple watch now as I am very disappointed with my versa 2 watch.

Thank you for sharing your problems with syncing notifications on your Versa 2.

I've been informed that you were able to get in touch with the Customer Support team. Since you continue to experience the problem, I recommend the following:

1. Go to Bluetooth settings
2. Next to the name of your device, you will find a settings sign, press it
3. Click on the Forget device option
4. A pop-up screen will appear asking you to pair the device and you need to tap on the Allow option

If after doing this you are still experiencing the issue, try setting up your device as new. How do I set up my Fitbit device?
