I tried everything to get the heart rate and sleep tracker to work. Contacted support and did a factory reset, still didn't work. Then they sent me a 35%off for another watch??? Sooo many people are having the same issue so why would I get another one, just for it to happen again?? this is unacceptable and insane that they don't recognize this as a widespread issue....

Sensor on the back of the watch just stopped working today.
Hasn't auto sensed my workouts in a while.
Hourly step has been on and off for tracking/sync to the app.
Reset a while ago and that "fixed" the issue.
Tried resets and reboots several times. Checked firmware update, says current.
Apps current as well.
Probably end up with a % off code for a new one.

Yah.... Idk been using a FB since 14.... So... Like how they have evolved into current and compared to others in the market.

I really like mine and want the sense but I have to think about it. I can't be upgrading every 2 years
