Versa 2 - sleep data and heart rate stopped working a few days ago. Restart did not fix.

Versa 2 stopped providing sleep data and heart rate. Restart did Not fix it.

Mine too!. Also the route map for when I've been walking makes no sense. There's just lots of random straight orange lines. This has been happening for weeks now.

Yes, mine has been messed up a couple of weeks.

Same for me; heart rate is always blank

Yeh I can understand that. . I'm really disappointed that this has happened to mine. Up until this it's been brilliant.

Mine too! The heart rate and sleep tracker have stopped working. Tried all the suggestions and still no response.
