Help! With my new Versa 2, when I get up at night to go to the bathroom, my sleep mode doesn’t restart when I go back to bed. This never happened with my Charge 2 What to do?

@Painter711 I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

I'm happy to assist you with your Versa 2 since the sleep mode doesn't restart after going back to bed. Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your Versa is worn properly and monitor it for the next night and see if the issue gets fixed.
