Versa 2 slowing down because of clock facr

Hello everybody. I am seeing that my Versa 2 is genuinely slower because of the Bitmoji clock face. I tried syncing my watch to my Galaxy Note8 but it wont sync. Please help!

P.S. I tried restarting the watch the first time. It just came back to the old one. Tried changing it from the Clocks app on the watch itself; did the same thing.

Not sure I understand.  Is the problem that the V2 runs slowly, or that you can't sync?

Is the clock running behind time, or is everything just slow?

Have you tried switching to another clock face?

Im going to shut it down for the rest of the night. Maybe the issue is that it has no battery (15%)
