Versa 2 smartwatch - will it work in India

Hello people,

I am planning to buy the Fitbit Versa 2 in the US and gift it to my mother, residing in India. Will all the watch features work fine in India?

@nbir Fitbit devices are not geo-restricted, so yes it should work in India as long as your mom's phone is compatible. Please note that even if the device is not in the aforementioned list, it doesn't necessarily mean it will not work with Versa. All it means is it hasn't been tested yet. Please take a look at this forum to see if others have successfully used Versa with your mom's mobile phone model. Also, please keep in mind that some of Alexa skills are geo-restricted - this is done by Amazon and Fitbit has no influence over it. Usual Alexa interactions - e.g. voice replies to messages, asking Alexa questions should still work on your Versa.
