Versa 2 smartwatches data don't match with the Fitbit app

Please can someone from Fitbit help, I now have two watches that have glitches 

 

my app is updating but my watch face shows step count from previous day 

 

please can Fitbit assist

It is very unlikely that it syncs with the App properly or its the other watch you are syncing.

 

Close the Fitbit App, and Shutdown both watches, place one on the charger till it starts then sync with the App, till it shows that it synced " a moment ago".

 

To aid in this syncing process, when you open the Fitbit App, pull down to start a refresh. Return to the home screen on the phone without closing the Fitbit App, click on the Sync popup to ensure your watch is properly recognised.

Are you syncing both Versa 2 watches with the same phone? Do you have separate accounts for each? If you haven't done so yet, please see Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account?

Hello all, 

 
I did a full factory reset, set up the Fitbit again (which took around 30 minutes to download) it was all working fine. 
 
I went out walking this morning, clocked 10k steps, upon my return i synced and it doubled the amount exactly to 20k
