Versa 2 sometimes crashes and shows a strange screen.

I will try to post pictures of this in the comments the next time it happens, but my Versa 2 will occasionally crash in a weird way. The side button will wake the screen up, but no time, heartbeat, steps, or calories shows up on the screen, just a strange grey circular dial with some of it darkened off, like a black and white pie chart. Furthermore, I could not swipe in any direction to access my apps or notifications. I was essentially locked out and couldn't use it until the battery died and I recharged it.

Has anyone had anything even a little bit similar happen to them? I'm sorry I know its not much to go off without pics, and it should be noted that I JUST got my versa 2- i am very new to it.

Hello @CaptainJames and a warm welcome.  I don't think you should take any extra time waiting for this to happen again.  I think you should contact Support.  I have a bad felling about what you are describing.
