Versa 2 (special edition) hear rate monitor not working

Hello,

 

I got a versa 2 (special edition) as a Christmas present, so it is only a few months old. And the heart rate monitor has stopped working. No green lights, nothing. I have done EVERYTHING I've seen on these forums: turning the setting on and off, the reset, the factory reset. EVERYTHING. But nothing has worked. Please provide some assistance. My syncinf device is a Huawei P30 Pro. Thank you!

As you have done the troubleshooting probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Yes I have, and they are able to provide me with a replacement one since mine is under warranty still. Thank you for the reply! 🙂
