My app just stops recognizing my stairs climbed. I live in a two story house. Not possible to have no stair climbing. Unless maybe you are Spidyman.

@DogCatMom Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the stairs tracking issue.

 

Please let me know if your Versa 2 does show the stairs climbed or if the issue is also affecting your watch itself.

 

In the meantime, make sure that your phone is running the most recent Fitbit app version. If the app is up to date, log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, restart your watch as described in this help article and see if the issue gets fixed.
