Hi, I've got a new Fitbit Versa 2. I can see the Fitbit but starts connecting and then cant. I'm charging it, I've turned it on and off and done the same with bluetooth. Any ideas?

  • Mine had to be replaced out of the box as a dud wouldn’t react no matter what I do to it. Now number 2 of my Versa 2 has been here and used about 5 days without issue, suddenly it powers off and will do nothing I can control. Fitbit emblem appears every 5-10 seconds but that’s it. No matter what I do no response. I’m ready for a refund and need to find someone that can make that happen.

Hi @Emmapasty78  What phone are you using? Is it on the  Supported Devices List?

@Tyler007  If you bought your Versa 2 vrom a store then it is down to the store's policy. If from fitbit online you have 45 days in whaich to claim a refund. You will need to contact support

I bought the Versa 2 online at Fitbit. I just want my $250 back at this point I am exhausted trying to make my investment work and this should not be the case.

We purchased the Versa 2 for my partner and it would connect then drop out and say device not found so have checked all settings updated app uninstalled and re installed on 3 different phones now and the same thing happens as soon as you go out of the app the Fitbit is lost and not found again and has to be reinstalled.   We got a replacement one from the store we purchased it from and exactly the same issue.    No problems at all with my Versa lite.   Today the Versa 2 is going back and we are getting the versa lite.   The 2 has been a waste of money.

Hello, I had the same issues too. Did you have to send your first one back or did you keep it? I left mine off for a couple weeks and when I came around to it again it started working again. I've been using it for about a month now and it works without powering off. Give it a try if you still have the first watch.
