I’ve tried to get it to work by logging out of app, and rebooting my Versa 2, and I even deleted app, and reinstalled, but problem persists. Please look into my account.

Hi there, @Laneé. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. @extraclass7 Thanks for stopping by!
Please note the disruption with the Fitbit.com site and Fitbit services (Sync, login, health metrics, etc.) has been resolved. Everything should be working now.
However, if you are still having difficulties to sync your data, try turning your phone off/on and launch the Fitbit app afterwards.

It might have been resolved yesterday but we are having the same problems today February 7th. Fitbit is down in our house. We have a Versa
4 and a Versa 2.

I'm having the same issue and when I try to re-add my Versa 2 to my iPhone 11 Pro Max, it keeps telling me the code on my Versa screen is invalid

Hi! I’m happy to hear the problem is resolved. I am still having this same issue today, Feb 7th, after going through the troubleshooting list provided, as well as removing the app from my phone and reinstalling it.
When I go to connect my Fitbit Versa 2, the app tells me every 4-digit code I enter is invalid. What else can I do? This is a totally new problem.

Mine is finally working but I had to go to the app and press on edit. I added everything that I wanted and it worked. The calories were still showing up where I want my steps to be. I edited clicked and dragged the steps to where the calories are and so far it is holding. That is the way I had to do it yesterday in order to have it work once the problem with Fitbit was resolved.

So, I am still having issues with my Versa 2. It is not tracking sleep, stress management score, and readiness score. I have already done the troubleshooting steps (including the recommendation in this post) and the issue is not resolved. This is two days in a row. It is tracking steps, calories, distance, and active minutes but nothing else.

Same issue but having got mine to work again it has doubled my calories intake for today and won't go back to zero - I am not going to go through all the resets again as at least I've got my steps in place today and will just have to forget about the mess that was yesterday! And start fresh with my calories tomorrow I guess !

Sorted ... go in through laptop log and delete foods that were still in log. Back at 0 calories and hopefully can now start fresh with todays calories - fingers crossed

it most definitely is NOT fixed. I’ve got nothing on my App!
Not knowing what was going on yesterday, I actually went and spent almost $200, my month’s grocery money, on a new Fitbit, only to have the same thing happen with it. This is unacceptable, and if Fitbit actually believes the issue has been resolved, then that tells me they are not working on it or taking this at all seriously.

Mine is still not working either and my face plate came off two weeks ago, my fiancé managed to glue it back on. This is my 4th fitbit product. Each one I have had to get a replacement within the first year. I'm done. I broke down and ordered an apple watch today. Done with fitbit!!

Mine and my mothers both still aren’t working either. We both have a versa 2. Same issue as yesterday. Didn’t track sleep the last two nights. Takes multiple tries, reloading app, turning Bluetooth on and off, before it syncs on the app.

Mine is not working as well. Wrote to fitbit customer support but still no help.
