Versa 2 steps not resetting at midnight

For the third time in the last couple of weeks, my Fitbit did not reset it's counted steps at midnight.  This is not happening every day but is looking to be more frequent that a random glitch.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, seems odd that your stats are not resetting at midnight. To fix this situation, please try our restart process following the next steps:

1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
2. Let go of the buttons.
3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

I just tried this as my versa 2 is doing the same thing and it did not reset to 0. I have also tried a shutdown, and even removing it from my fitbit account and adding it as a new device. Nothing seems to work
