I brought this expensive fitbit and I still can not get txt messages notifications on it. I tried all the solution. When is fitbit going to fix this

My versa is not getting text messages or any notifications as well. It will let me know when I have a phone call but that is it. I have an original Versa and a Samsung Galaxy s7. 

It started a few weeks ago when the iOS update was released when those users were not getting notifications.  

I am frustrated with Fitbit. Because I have done everything these forums said to do. I have wiped the fitbit and deleted the app and started fresh. No luck.

I am having the same problem and have tried every suggested trouble shooting multiple times... had the same issue with my Blaze (which was getting old) so I upgraded to the Versa 2 and am disappointed that it still isn't working.
