Versa 2 still not showing heart rate. It also is no longer sending active hour info to the app

(Cont'd from prev post) The stats returned as you stated they would. However, the heart rate and the sleep info have not. When I went to settings it was already set to ON. I manually turned the heat rate setting off and turned it back on. Still nothing. Additionally, the steps per hour shows on the watch, it does not show the sph on the dashboard.

I finally contacted customer support. I was told that it needed to be replaced and past the manufacturer warranty period. I was offered a discount if if a new tracker/watch. The person that gave me the watch reminded me they purchased an extended warranty. It is now with the warranty company for repair/ replacement.
