My Versa 2 won’t charge after flying to Las Vegas. My wife flew with me and hers is no longer charging either. Not sure what could have happened to the chargers but I received a replacement watch and it won’t charge either

I've seen you contacted our Support Team once again just right after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance.
