My Versa 2 was purchased in November of 2020. A few weeks ago it wouldn't charge. I tried all the steps, cleaning the pins, changing outlets, changing ports, etc. I finally thought it must be the charger went bad. The Versa was working until it ran out of charge. I tried chatting with customer support for 2 days before I could get anyone to chat with me. Then I finally got Mary Jane. She was nice. commended me for trying all the steps and said I would get a follow-up email with more instructions. Waited 2 days. No email. I contacted customer support again. Got Roland. Went through the spiel again. He said a follow-up email would come in 24-48 hours. No email. Contacted customer support again. Got Alonza (or something like that). He apologized and said he would get the email fast tracked. And he did do that. In a little while he came back with an email, from him, that the Versa 2 was no longer under warranty, but I could buy a new one!! What??? Not going to happen. Last fitbit product I purchase. I ordered a new Versa 2 charger from Amazon. (Paid to make sure it was a fitbit, not a compatible. Have had the Versa charging for 24 hours. Still won't come on. I'm so disgusted. Way too much money for a cheap product and no customer support

Sure wish I had read all the comments about this product before purchasing! Would have saved me a lot of money and time. This company sure does not back it's products.
