Versa 2 stopped getting texts on iPhone 11

Today (7/11/21) my versa 2 stopped receiving text alerts. I get all other notifications, just not texts anymore. I have checked that everything is set properly and it is. I uninstalled and installed app. Restarted iPhone and still nothing. Please, any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

 

If you haven't done it already, please follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve issues with notifications.

 

Whether this doesn't help, you can set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1626049631058.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
