Versa 2 stopped monitoring heart rate

Until a week ago, I wasn't having any problems with my Versa 2. Now, though, it has stopped reading my heart rate. It will get stuck on 1 number and not change. I haven't dropped or hit the Versa. I have tried powering off the watch and restarting, cleaning, switching wrists, and repositioning. Very frustrating since this feature is one of the reasons I own a smartwatch. Any ideas on how to fix this?
