I've had my Versa 2 for years and it's always vibrated when I get text messages and Whatsapp messages. The watch vibrates and then I can read the message right from my watch screen.
Suddenly this week it's stopped notifying me. I've looked at another post that had the same issue and the answer was that it was in Sleep Mode. I've confirmed this isn't the case.
Can someone please help?! This is incredibly frustrating and defeats one of the reasons I even have my fitbit.

Hi @Raquelfitb - check also you don't have the do not disturb icon turned on in Quick Settings, long press the button, or pull down once on the watch face and again and click on the 2 white bars.
Also check the watch is syncing. Versions of the Fitbit app can lose connection and then it's not possible to send notifications to the watch.
If you have syncing/connection issues you can check easily on the watch any time with the SimpleCheckUp app.

Hey Guy! I'm having the same problem with my Versa 2. I used to get text and call alerts and suddenly it stopped. I've tried everything plus your suggestions without any luck. Could it be due to me not renewing to premium? It seems to me that the issue may have started around that time.

Hi @SunsetRunner - as mentioned it could well be a syncing issue, it won't be due to premium as that is not involved.
Often a watch restart with the button can help temporarily, or even logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and phone restart.
The watch app can help locate the cause more easily.

I have the same issue since 1 year. I had premium but still didn't get any notifications. App doesn't track what's wrong also, it just says a phone restart is needed. Is like Fitbit forces to upgrade your device when they make new products just stop caring about old ones. And in the help forum you get these messages like you're chatting with a chatbot

No it's not chatbot. I did every step probably for the 20th time. Since many people are having this problem everyday i think it's time to up your game instead of the same link on every post.
