Versa 2 stopped notifying me about notifications and reminders to move

Versa 2 Reminders to Move Notifications not working.  It does not vibrate when i received any kind of notifications

Hi there @bbnatl, welcome to the Community Forums.

It seems that you've set your Versa 2 into Sleep Mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
• The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.

To turn off Sleep Mode, please swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Unfortunately, did this not work for me. I too, have a Versa 2 that is not reminding me to move 10 minutes before the hour. I've restarted my watch. I've charged it, navigated sleep mode, and still nothing.

Check your sleep mode on your Fitbit it may have accidentally got turned ON. it needs to be on OFF that’s what was wrong with mine..

Is it connected to Bluetooth? That will stop at to from giving you notifications..

Hi Neeringcincy. It's connected to Bluetooth. It's odd that I'm getting text messages, but not the get moving notification. I've checked sleep mode as well. Would Schedule (under the Sleep Mode setting) impact anything?

Did you go to your Fitbit settings on your phone go to Settings “reminder to move” click on that see if it’s on and what times you have it scheduled to come on..
