Versa 2 stopped providing sleep analysis and score

  • My Versa 2 stopped analyzing my sleep score. It started after a syn malfunction on 3/31/21. I reinstalled the program and updated the firmware. My sleep habits have not changed. I purchased the watch two (2) months ago. Please respond. This is frustrating.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling about this situation. I would like to confirm that you must see sleep stages in order to see a sleep score. For more information about sleep score, please see this help article: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

 

If you don't see sleep stages, please restart your device and follow our troubleshooting instructions in our help article: Why don't I see sleep stages today?
