My versa suddenly stopped reading my pulse/heart rate and also no correctly sensing my sleep.
I’ve tried restarting multiple times and verified the setting is not turned off

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Wblaro. Thank you for letting us know that you have tried restarting your watch and verified that HR setting is not turned off in order to read your pulse.
Please turn the HR setting and restart your watch again. Turn on the HR setting again.
