Morning, everything was working fine until last night. I can no longer receive messenger or Whatsapp notifications on my watch. They are not showing on the app notification, i haven't changed anything on the phone.
I have checked notifications in settings for these apps and they are turned on.
can anyone help or have any ideas?
thanks

Hi there, @LKP24. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from.
I agree with @SunsetRunner. As a first approach, I'd suggest checking if by any chance DND is enabled. Also, please check Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?
If the above doesn't work, see Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones
Hope that helps.

Hello @LKP24
It’s odd this occurred because you haven’t made any changes. Is it possible that you have accidentally enabled the DND (do not disturb) or the sleep mode? I’d check that first as you will not receive notifications if either are enabled. The buttons on the screen are small so it’s quite possible that it might have been enabled by accident. If they are enabled, disabled them and sync your Versa 2.
If your DND or Sleep mode are not enabled I’d suggest looking to ensure your Fitbit App doesn’t need to be updated. If your Fitbit App is updated and your still experiencing issues (if your an iOS device) go to your Bluetooth settings on your phone and find Versa 2 on your list of connected devices and tap the blue information icon beside it. Ensure that Share System Notifications are enabled.
if the problem persist try restarting your Versa 2 to see if that helps: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
😃 I hope this helps you get the notifications you want working again correctly. Please come back and let me know if this helps or not.
