Versa 2 stopped receiving Signal notifications after the Fitbit app update

Hi there,

I have updated the latest versions of the apps and I'm getting my text notifications, but not Signal.  Any ideas???

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

 

To better assist you, would you mind clarifying if you stopped receiving Signal app notifications after you updated the Fitbit app or the Signal app? 

 

If you haven't done so yet, please try logging out of the Fitbit app, turn off your phone for 10-15 seconds, turn it back and log back into the Fitbit app. Once you've done these steps, try testing the Signal notifications to see if they come through your watch. If they don't, please see Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones
