Apparently, either the latest FitBit update OR the latest iOS update has screwed up text/phone notifications on iPhones. I am not getting any text/phone call notifications on my Versa 2, with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. A co-worker has a Versa 3 and same phone and he too has not been getting notifications. No clue which update is the issue, OR if it's just with this specific iPhone, but FitBit needs to fix this ASAP!

@KLR47 @TomAnd05 Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. I understand how you must be feeling. @TomAnd05 Thanks for trying to troubleshoot your wife's Versa 2 issue before posting here.
May I know if you both are having issues with all notifications in general or you may have noticed that this is happening with iMessages only? I also have an iPhone and I did have a similar inconvenience, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, I suggest taking a look at the help article Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.

Hi!
same problem on my wife’s Versa 2 and iPhone 12. We both has the same settings iPhone 12 and Versa 2. But for my wife, the notifications stops 1 or 2 time’s per day, and needs to turn of in the Bluetooth, sync and turn on again. Then it works for a half to one day again. As I say, I got the same equipment, and for me it works all the time. The only other difference I notice (wen it works for my wife) is that, if I reed a sms on my phone, it removes direct in the Versa. That doesn’t happens in my wife Versa, it stays.

I've exhausted every troubleshooting list on the planet. It is DEF an OS issue, either Fitbit's OS or Apple's iOS. Something happened with one of the updates. All my settings are as they should be.
