Versa 2 stopped receiving notification and tracking sleep

Today my versa 2 stopped tracking my sleep. Also, I have noted that I stopped receiving notifications for few days now. I've factory reset the versa 2, followed unsyncing and resyncing advice, unpaired the device and re-paired it, etc.

FYI, I am using iphone XR. My app version is 3.62 and watch version is 721.19.

Hi @CTHF  - you may not have had the required length of uninterrupted sleep, and your watch may have been in do not disturb or sleep mode.

After a factory reset the sleep and do not disturb mode will have been cancelled so if you have logged out of the Fitbit App and restarted the phone, notifications should be working again.

Check you have flashing lights on the back necessary to detect heart rate, also used to measure sleep, it is possible this got turned off. Again a factory reset should have set it on again so sleep might be working again?

To be sure it's not just a sync or app problem, check the Today screen values on the watch.

Restarting the phone may have solved the problem?

Hi @Guy_, thank you so much for taking time to reply me.

My watch has sleep mode from 12.30-7am but apart from that, the sleep mode and DND mode are off. However, I just tried to restart my phone and noted that there are more apps available to show notification from. The notification portion has been resolved.

I had at least 6.5hrs of uninterrupted sleep so I doubt it is due to this reason. I'll try tonight to see if the sleep tracking has been resolved.

FYI, my watch seems to be syncing fine. The stats are up to date.

Thank you once again! 🙂
