Versa 2 stopped receiving notifications and get a message that notification service not running

For several days I have tried all suggestions to get my fitbit to receive  text and phone notifications. I've posted  multiple times before. I've gotten the message "notification service not running. A Oconee restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker. Dine v this multiple times. I regret not getting A Samsung watch, cause basically this is just counting steps and the features I wanted the most don't work

I've been having this same issue starting about the same time. I have tried that battery fix, but it doesn't solve the problem.

Same issues. Not getting notifications. This is ridiculous at this point and I’m contemplating going to another brand.
