Versa 2 stopped receiving notifications and reminders to move won't vibrate

I've only been using my versa 2 for a couple weeks.   I was able to get texts and also answered with voice.   Now it doesn't.   Last Friday it stopped vibrating my hourly step reminders.   I've tried turning my phone and bluetooth off and on but it doesn't work.   What else can I try?

Hi there @Rriemer53, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for troubleshooting your Versa 2 prior to contacting us.

If you haven't done so yet, please try all the steps provided in this help article: Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?

Keep in mind that when you turn on the do not disturb, quiet hours, or driving mode setting on your phone, your Fitbit device receives notifications but won’t alert you. Swipe down from the top of the screen to see your notifications.

Note: If you have an Android phone, you can set your Fitbit device to always send you notifications:

  1. Tap the Today tab > your profile picture > Notifications.
  2. In the Vibration Settings section, turn on the Always Vibrate option.

If you're still not receiving notifications after the steps recommended above, please see: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Let me know how it goes.

Powered by Cricket WirelessThanks for the help.   I was able to find the settings for the silence mode and turned it on.   Not sure how it got turned off.   But I can get the notifications again.   Also getting texts and phone calls.
