Since a few days, I have had a problem with not receiving call notifications. Before everything was okey and suddenly I have no idea what happened.
I've got all notification (messenger, email, whats app etc) but I don't know that someone is calling. Just a notification that I missed a call. I tried everything what was in fitbit help: I turned off the watch, restarted the watch, restared a blootooth, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, i checked settings (phone and fitbit), notifications setting and everything is okey, like before.
I tried sending a test notification using the test function in the app but nothing.
If soneone has this same problem? I tried everything what I found here in others posts 😞
I have Moto Z2 play

Hi there @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 stopped receiving notifications from your Moto Z2 Play. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this issue prior to posting here.
Please note that your mobile device is not yet a supported device by the Fitbit app. You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 and higher, Android OS 7.0 and higher.
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
However, would you mind confirming that you've followed the steps provided here: Why are notifications delayed or missing?
