Since the IOS 15 update on my iPhone 12, I have had issues continuously not receiving my text messages on my Versa 2. The watch and app is updated, I’ve turned off the watch, turned my phone off, removed the FitBit App off my phone and reinstalled it, I’ve removed my Versa 2 off the app, I’ve synced it numerous times before doing all the above and after each thing I’ve tried above. Still not working!!! Ughhh
This is soooo frustrating and I’m definitely done with FitBit and it’s watches. It is obvious FitBit watches cannot keep up with IOS updates keeping their watches useful.
The FitBit team really needs to fix these issues ASAP. Many people love the look as I do and often think it’s an Apple Watch so kudos for the style. It works great for working out and syncing all my stats, but I want to receive my texts and it has failed over and over again. 😩

I’m having the same issue. Constantly had issues with my iPhone X and receiving texts. Finally got it solved and now I’m having issues since iOS15 with my iPhone 12…
I have also restarted, resynced, etc. all the settings are how they should be. No settings changed, but I stopped getting text notifications…

Hi there, @Linzlong. Welcome on board. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've been having between your Fitbit device and your iOS devices. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot them prior to posting here.
As a first approach, I'd recommend making sure that your Fitbit device is not on sleep or DND mode. When the sleep or DND mode setting is on, notifications don't cause the tracker to vibrate or the screen to turn on. The screen's brightness is set to dim. Turning your wrist won't cause the tracker’s screen to turn on.
To verify this: Swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. Tap Sleep or DND to turn it on or off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it. If that doesn't work, please try the following instructions:
1. On your phone, tap Settings →Bluetooth → the information icon → next to the name of your Fitbit device → Forget This Device (let's try this step one more time).
2. Turn off Bluetooth
3. Restart Inspire 2. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
4. Turn on Bluetooth
5. Open the Fitbit app and set up your tracker as new device to refresh the connection:
6. Once this process is completed, set up the notifications again. See Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones
Hope this helps.
