When I first got my versa 2 about a year ago I signed up for premium and was getting both text message and FB messenger notifications on my fitbit. I didn't renew the premium membership because I didn't think it was worth it and now can only get one or the other, if I subscribe again to premium will I be able to receive both types again?

Please note that Fitbit Premium has nothing to do regarding whether you receive notifications. It has more to do with the mobile phone you own. So, please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

If you phone is compatible and you're still having issues with your notifications, see Why are notifications delayed or missing?
