I was receiving text messages on my Versa 2 but they just stopped. I restarted my Samsung Galaxy S10 and double checked all the settings. I uninstalled the fitbit app and started over with pairing. I also restarted the Versa. Help!

Thanks! I've tried everything. I am getting calls but still no text messages. I feel like it's a setting but can't figure it out especially since it was working.

Hi, have you checked, whether the fitbit app is allowed to run in the background and you have set on 24h synchronization and/or constant connection?

I do have always connected 24 hour sync on the app. I'm having trouble finding the run in background. Google said go to the app and select battery but it says background battery usage can't be restricted. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S10 Android. So frustrating!

I contacted Fitbit Support. Their response was "We are aware of the issue and we always working to improve our products." There is no fix for the issue. That stinks
