I've had my Fitbit versa 2 for about 6 months and it suddenly stopped receiving text notifications. I have an android huawei phone and have tried all the solutions - disconnecting Bluetooth, resetting notifications, triple checked I'm not in do not disturb or sleep mode. Every three weeks or so it will suddenly start working for 4-6 hours then stop again. I don't change anything when it starts working it just suddenly decides to wake up! What might be the problem please. Thanks

Hi @Catwalt Android has a new app update rolling out. I got mine yesterday. Huawei phones seem to have more problems with Fitbit - here is the article about compatibility of the devices - click to read.
