Versa 2 stopped recording heart rate and sleep

My Versa 2 all of a sudden stopped recording my heart rate and my sleep. I noticed that the green led lights on the back are not lighting up either. Any help is appreciated.

[ Swipe left, Settings,

at the bottom, About,

at the bottom, Shutdown]

 

wait a minute


Start watch [Hold button till it vibrates and wait for Logo and clock to reappear]
