Hi,
I don't know if anyone as experienced his but my Versa is not recording sleep as from the 02.02.2020. I've tried everything i.e rebooting the watch, uninstalling and re-installing the app. I do not want to change the setting from normal to sensitive though. It's always worked on normal and that's the way I'd like it to stay.
Fitbit, come on guys!

I am sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not recording sleep as from the 02.02.2020 after the latest firmware update. I totally understand how you are feeling and appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. Regarding your concern about changing the sleep setting, I would suggest to keep it normal. I also recommend making sure that your watch is snug on your wrist.
