Versa 2 stopped scrolling up and down

My Fitbit versa 2 stopped scrolling up and down and unable to see statistics or clear notifications. Keep doing reset but nothing is fixing this problem. My Fitbit is only 4 months old

A few questions...

 

  1. Did you upgrade to the latest firmware?
  2. Is the watch still connected to the Fitbit app?
  3. If it is connected to the app have you tried changing the watch face?

 

You can also consider letting the watch battery totally drain, then charging it to see what happens.

I appreciate you share your experience with the Community. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.

 

Also you can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
