Unfortunately, I can't pinpoint when this started, but my Versa 2 is not showing any distance.
All the other stats are there, and the app agrees with them. But I only see distance in the app. It does appear correct.
I have tried restarting the phone, and watch several times.
Any thoughts?

i am having exactly this problem. Not getting distance or pace only time. i have restarted my phone, i have taken all the advice, Unable to speak to a human being from Fitbit, they do not make it easy to contact them.
I am really disappointed and will maybe look at another smart watch.

Mine just started doing the same. I spoke to someone on Chat for Fitbit and all he said was they are aware and are working on an update. Annoying.
