My heart rate normally shows up on my Versa, but recently (5 days now) it has been displayed as a heart with a dash - beside it. All other information seems to be working fine. no physical damage to sensors is visible, and nothing I can think of that would have caused damage, but the lights are no longer on.
When I enter the app I can see my heart rate and past data.

Hi @kwebb14 - it would seem to be a clock face fault, try going to the settings on the watch and back to the clock face, this restarts the clock face, or even restarting the watch which may cure it temporarily or changing clock face to another one for a permanent solution.
Press and hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears, this restarts the watch.
